Terms of Use
1. Using Forged
You must be at least 13 years old to use Forged. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you. By using Forged you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Not medical advice
Forged is a training log. Its tips, programs, weight plans, calorie, macro and water estimates, and injury tracking are general information, not medical, nutritional or professional advice. Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new training, diet or weight-change plan, especially if you have an injury or health condition. Stop training and get help if something hurts. Combat sports and lifting carry a risk of injury; you train at your own risk.
3. Your data
Your training log is stored on your device and belongs to you. You're responsible for backing it up (Profile → Your data → Export backup). We aren't responsible for data lost when a device is lost, reset or its browser data cleared.
4. Friends accounts
- Friends is optional. Keep your sign-in email secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Pick a display name that isn't offensive, misleading or someone else's. Don't use Forged to harass anyone or to cheat friend challenges.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
5. Photos and videos you share
- Shared photos and videos are automatically deleted 30 days after you post them. This includes removal from the friends feed and from our storage. We don't keep backups of them, so save your own copy before sharing if you want to keep it.
- Who can see them: only you and the people you've added as friends.
- You own what you post. By sharing, you give us permission to store and show it to your friends for those 30 days, and only to run Forged. We don't sell it or use it in ads.
- Please only share what's yours to share. Don't post anything explicit, hateful, violent outside of normal training, or anyone who hasn't agreed to be filmed. Make sure your gym is okay with filming.
- You can delete a post at any time. We may remove posts that break these rules, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly do.
6. Forged Pro
- Some features may require a paid Forged Pro subscription (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown before you buy.
- A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings (or as shown at purchase); cancelling stops the next renewal.
- Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from.
- Pro weeks earned in the app are a free bonus and have no cash value.
7. Our content
The Forged name, logo, design, programs and tips belong to us. You may share your own share cards and screenshots freely. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app except as the law allows.
8. Third-party services
Food lookups use Open Food Facts, and Friends uses Supabase. Their services are provided by them, and we're not responsible for their availability or accuracy. Nutrition data may be incomplete or wrong; check labels.
9. No warranty
Forged is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be error-free or always available, or that any estimate is accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, injuries from training, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. You can stop using Forged at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
